If you or your customer requires overseas delivery, we can also accommodate your needs with fully insured and tracked shipping services.
AJW Watches are on hand to help guide and assist our clients at every stage of their watch purchases. Where possible, we are able to arrange a VIP meeting with clients if they wish to view and try on timepieces before purchasing. We work closely with our Authorised Dealers for this service. The customer will be well looked after, and AJW Watches will be on hand to answer any questions that they may have. Champagne and other refreshments will be available to keep the process well lubricated.
AJW Watches, where possible, can also even offer discounts on the original retail price through their trusted supplier networks across the UK and abroad.
If an exact replacement of a watch is required, AJW Watches would firstly attempt to source one locally in the UK. If not available, we are able to outsource to our trusted network and provide the client with the exact timepiece they require.
